
The European Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Association (EAACA) invites researchers, industry experts, engineers and students to submit abstracts for the 8th International Conference on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete – ICAAC 2027.
The conference will take place from 1 to 3 September 2027 in Istanbul, Türkiye, and will bring together leading representatives from research institutions, AAC manufacturers, raw-material and equipment suppliers, engineering practices and industry associations from around the world.
Share your research and practical experience
The Scientific Committee welcomes contributions covering all areas related to autoclaved aerated concrete, including:
- AAC in sustainable construction
- Raw materials and resource efficiency
- Production technology and quality control
- Structural design and engineering
- Durability and fire safety
- Building physics and energy performance
- Life-cycle assessment and circular economy
- Standards, regulations and market development
- Innovative projects and practical case studies
Abstracts must be submitted in English and should contain 250–300 words and three to five keywords. They must be provided as a one-page PDF or DOCX document, including the title, authors, affiliations, background, objectives, methods, results or expected results, and conclusions.

Full-paper submission deadline: 31 January 2027
Conference: 1–3 September 2027
Accepted papers will undergo peer review and will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer. Authors of accepted papers will present their work orally during the conference.
