  2. Collection and storage of personal data and their use In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing. You can find our detailed data protection declaration on our website. The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (including DSGVO, BDSG) and exclusively for the purpose of mutual fulfilment of obligations.

    When you contact us, we collect all the information that you provide us with, and which we collect in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO as necessary for appropriate processing. The personal data we collect will be stored until the expiry of the legal obligation to store data and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store data for a longer period, due to tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO), or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 c DSGVO.
